Below you find a guide on how to add a new local account, ignore an account, how to map unmapped accounts, and how to change mappings for each company.
How to manually add a new local account and map it.
- In the lower-left corner, you can go to "Mapping of local accounts".
- Here you will be presented with all mappings that have been created. From here you will need to choose the mapping the account should be added in.
- After choosing the correct mapping you will be directed over to the drag n'drop mapping page.
- Here you will have to click on "Manage local accounts" to get over to the default mapping module where you can add a new local account.
- Now click on "Add local account"

How to map unmapped accounts:
If you need to map unmapped accounts either because you added a local account manually or because the system created the account when uploading data, you will need to go to the "Mapping of local accounts".
Here you will get an overwiev of the unmapped local accounts. From here you can either drag and drop it to the right group account or choose to Auto-Map with our AI bot.
You also have the option to go to manage local accounts to see the old mapping page and choose from a drop down.

When using our new feature AI auto-map follow these steps to guide you.
The new AI-automap is beneficial for you, who, at some point need to map a new chart of accounts with 100+ local accounts to group accounts manually.
