Integration sync error message
If you experience that your connection from Konsolidator to your integrations fails, you have to re-establish your connection to the affected company.
Often you will just need to refresh the integration under Setup - Integrations. However, if that doesn't work, you can follow these 4 simple steps. While you do not need to be an administrator in Konsolidator, you need to be an administrator of your ERP system to re-establish the connection.
4 steps to re-establish your integration.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that it is the correct company you delete and re-establish when following these steps.
Step 1.
Go to SETUP / INTEGRATIONS via the left-side panel
Step 2.
Delete the affected integration under the column "ACTIONS" by clicking on the trash can icon.
Step 3.
Press the "ADD INTEGRATION" button in the top left corner.
Step 4.
Select your ERP system to re-establish the integration.
After this, you will be directed to the ERP system, which will guide you through the rest.
Reasons why you receive an integration sync error messageWhy you experience an integration failure can often be due to the following four reasons:
- An update from your ERP system.
- A change in your ERP system's security settings.
- The integration token which keeps the integration active is expired from the ERP system.
In most of the above cases, you will get an error mentioning the following "Invalid refresh error", and these steps will solve the issue.

- Xero
- E-conomic
- Fortnox
- Sage
- Exact
- QuickBooks
