June updates 2023: what's new

Below you can read about June's software updates.

What's new:

New standard report will streamline the upload process. You will now find the same upload report for both Actual and Budget/Forecast. If you need the old budget upload report, you can still find it as: "Full year upload report".

New features on our Consolidation page to help you consolidate more efficiently:

  • The consolidation page shows your financial calendar instead of the calendar year.
  • You can now find a Calculation timestamp column on the Consolidation page. When you do your next Calulate & Post, the column will change from blank to displaying the date and time.
    1. The colors on the timestamps will also inform you about warnings; for example, the time will turn yellow and give you an informative message if Calculate & Post and Consolidation timestamps are in the wrong order. The reason for this is to inform users if there could be an error in the currency translation from one month to the next.

New counterparty feature: You can now post journals on counterparties in Adjusting Journal Entries (AJE) and Reclassifying Journal Entries (RJE). This release is the first step toward an advanced Intercompany Module.

New mapping module with Drag 'n' drop and AI auto-map: Last but not least, we have just released our new user-friendly and time-saving mapping module, with easy drag 'n' drop account mapping and the possibility to auto-map your chart of accounts with AI.
