March 2, 2026 – 3 new releases: Reporting Currency, Excel filters, and new upload report
Today we’re introducing three updates:
- Reporting currency, which means you can have up to 3 alternative currencies on your consolidation report (Only for enterprise tier)
- Excel filters, meaning you can now download the exact view (tags, currencies, and analytical dimensions) you have filtered on inside Konsolidator’s in-app report into the Excel.
- New upload report, which means instead of only reviewing data by company, you can now switch between Companies and Dimensions.
1. Reporting currency (Enterprise only)
Enterprise customers can now configure up to 3 additional reporting currencies directly in Group Settings. This makes it easier to report in different currencies for management, board reporting, and external financial reporting.
Who is this relevant for?
Groups operating across borders or using multiple reporting currencies internally.
What’s new?
- Add up to 3 reporting currencies
- View reports in alternative currencies
- Use reporting currency filters in Excel and Power BI
- Access new API fields: reportingAmountPeriod and reportingAmountYTD
For management reporting only, not for statutory use.
Reporting Currency applies at the company level only and does not affect journals.
Therefore, it cannot be used for year-end reporting.
If you need year-end reporting in another currency, a new company must be created.

You can now export only the filtered data from any in‑app report.
What’s new?
- Export only the data visible after applying filters
- Works with dimensions, tags, reporting currencies, and more
- Excel files include a summary of applied filters
- Legacy exports remain available via the arrow menu

The Upload Report now includes a dimension-based view, giving you more flexibility and better structure when reviewing imported data.
