October 11, 2024 – New releases: Upload report and Konnect data fields

Today, we have released the following two new features:

  • Upload report view: Reconcile your uploads directly in Konsolidator
  • AmountPeriod data field in Konnect: current period numbers are now included in Konnect.

 Exciting update to Konnect

New data field: current period numbers are included

The Konnect API will now include the numbers from the current consolidation period in all upcoming consolidations. This means that when you consolidate your monthly reports, you’ll receive both the AmountPeriod numbers and the Year-to-Date (YTD) numbers.

Key Points:

  • This change applies to all ongoing consolidations, incl. historical data.
  • No API updates are required as Konnect already has this data field.

  

We continue to expand the data available via our data Source, Konnect, to better serve your needs.  

 Additional end-points released in Konnect:

  • mapped-cashflow-accounts: you will now get all the group accounts for your cashflow mapping.
  • elimination-types: You can get a list of the elimination types already defined for your Intercompany eliminations inside Konsolidator.

View your upload reports within the app

Reconcile and view your uploads directly in Konsolidator

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that will make your workflow even smoother. You can now check and reconcile your upload reports directly within Konsolidator.

What's new:

  • Upload report within the app: Previously, you could only reconcile your uploads via a downloaded Excel report or an Excel report based on our Konnect API. We’ve now integrated the Upload report directly into the Konsolidator UI.
  • Drill down overviews: Click on each company upload to get an overview of the local accounts and branches involved. You can also drill down to see more details about dimensions and counterparties.
  • Compare with previous periods: You can compare with previous periods to be able to see if the numbers are correct and compare with opening balance.
