New feature

Reapply Mapping

"Reapply Mapping" means you can now make changes to a mapping of local accounts without having to re-upload the trial balances again. To use the feature, click on:

  1. UPLOAD
  2. >>MORE
  3. REAPPLY MAPPING

Previously, when you made changes to a mapping of local accounts as part of your consolidation, you would have to re-upload your relevant trial balances for the change to take effect. Now, you should only re-upload if you have changes to the TBs themselves, adding the final piece after flexible mapping for you to achieve full control of your mappings.

 

 New integration features

Ongoing improvements

You can now include dimensions in your upload from the following integrations:

  • Finance & Operations
  • Xero

We continue to expand our integration offering for when you upload numbers via your ERP to help you get the most from our integrations. The only limitation to the continuous improvement is the quality and content of the external parties' APIs.

Upcoming integrations releases:

  • Integrations to carry counterparty information over in our integration for an even easier intercompany process.

This will be an ongoing process, and different ERP systems handle counterparty and intercompany transactions very differently, and for most, it is limited to what they make available to us in their endpoints.

Help Center / Support

New Button

You may have noticed that our help center has changed color and moved to the middle of the right side. This ensures that you can access all pages and their content in Konsolidator without unnecessary scrolling.

The "Need Help?" button is your go-to place when you need assistance regarding Konsolidator and consolidation in general. Here, you will find our knowledge base (Konsolidator Kommunity).

Furthermore, if you can't find the answer you're looking for in the knowledge base, you can email or chat with us directly there as well.

Penetration test

High-security standards

Your data continues to be safe within Konsolidator.

We take security very seriously in Konsolidator; therefore, we recently had Konsolidator undergo another penetration test performed by an external audit firm, Deloitte. As with the ISAE 3402 certificate, the results proved that our platform continues to live up to our high-security standards.
