What is Konsolidator Konnect?

The following article goes through what Konnect is, who it is for, and what you need to get started. Konsolidator Konnect helps you access up-to-date data from Konsolidator and use it in external reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or your internal systems.

Instead of manually exporting data every time you need to update a report, Konnect lets you connect directly to Konsolidator data and refresh it as part of your reporting workflow.

Who should use Konnect?

Konnect is relevant if you want to use Konsolidator data outside the platform. It is especially useful for finance teams that rely on Excel, BI tools, internal reporting systems, or data warehouse setups for their reporting

When Konnect may not be needed

You may not need Konnect if you only use Konsolidator’s built-in reports and do not need to reuse data in external tools. Konnect is most relevant when you want to connect Konsolidator data to Excel, BI tools, or other reporting systems.

How Konnect works

Konsolidator Konnect provides a secure API connection between Konsolidator and the external tool where you want to use the data. In practice, this means Konnect allows another tool to request data from Konsolidator in a structured and secure way.

Once the connection is set up, you can request Konsolidator data and download it for use in Excel, BI tools, or custom integrations.
