Cash flow account mapping
Below you will find a video and written guide on how to map group accounts to cash flow accounts.
The cash flow account mapping is part of the setup and can be found in the lower-left corner.

All standard group accounts - selected in the setup phase are already connected to the relevant cash flow account. Therefore, this guide is only relevant if you have created additional group accounts yourself and therefore need to establish the link from the group account to the cash flow account.
In this example, we have created a new group account named Revenue China with the group account number 11355. By using the filter function, the new account can easily be identified.

To map the new group account, we click on the small pencil.

Hereafter we select the relevant group account and press save on the save icon.

Since there is already a standard mapping from group accounts to cash flow accounts, we recommend not changing the mapping. Of course, the mapping can be adjusted to fulfill your reporting requirements.
How to create additional cash flow accounts
In Konsolidator, creating your cash flow accounts is also possible if the standard accounts do not fulfill your reporting requirements.
In Group accounts, an overview of all group accounts, including cash flow accounts, appears (Cash flow accounts are by default four digits and can be found at the end of the accounts.

You create a new cash flow account the same way you create a new group account. Click the three dots and select New account. Give the new account a number within the correct range and select the relevant parent. Hereafter, the new cash flow account will appear in the drop-down menu, and it is then possible to use that cash flow account for mapping group accounts.
